Consignment Policy

Simply Polished Consignment Terms

By consigning with Simply Polished Consignment Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

• Consignment period is 90 days from the date items are accepted into inventory.

• Consignors receive a percentage of the final selling price based on our current consignment schedule.

• Luxury and designer items are paid at a 70/30 split, with 70% going to the consignor and 30% retained by Simply Polished.

• All items must be authentic, clean, and in excellent condition. Simply Polished reserves the right to refuse any item.

• Consignors guarantee the authenticity of all items submitted. Simply Polished reserves the right to request additional authentication or documentation.

• Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days of the expiration of the consignment term. Items not retrieved within this timeframe become the property of Simply Polished and may be donated, liquidated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.

• Payouts are issued upon request once a consignor balance reaches $25 or more.

• Checks not requested within 60 days of a sale will automatically convert to store credit.

• Simply Polished is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Pricing and markdown schedules are determined solely by Simply Polished to maximize the opportunity for sale.
